ABERDEEN, S.D.(HubCityRadio)- The Interim Committee on Appropriation held their meeting on Thursday. They got an update on the Richmond Dam and spillway project from Commissioner of School and Public Lands Brock Greenfield. This update was required due to SB121 that was passed by the legislature.
Greenfield has no issue providing updates every six months to this committee. He told them they have to update DANR every three months.
Greenfield talks about the timeline for this project.
Greenfield hope to have the groundbreaking for this sometime in May.
Next update to the Appropriation Committee is scheduled for December.
