PIERRE, S.D.(HubCityRadio)- District 1 Senator Michael Rohl presented SB17 to the South Dakota Senate State Affairs Committee on Wednesday.
SB17 clarify when a political committee must file certain campaign finance disclosure statements.

Rachel Soulak, Director of Elections for the Secretary of State’s Office was the only opposition to the bill.
The committee approved the bill on a 9-0 vote.
