Wayne, NE (NSUWolves.com) – The Northern State University baseball dropped game one against Wayne State losing, 14-1 and winning game two, 5-2. An explosive sixth inning by the Wildcats in game one kept the win out of reach for the Wolves. In game two, NSU capitalized off of key situational hitting to take the game.

Since the game did not reach the fifth inning, all stats from the game will not count towards the season. The Wolves split the series against the Wildcats, 1-1.
