BROOKINGS, S.D.(KELO)- Would you trust Artificial Intelligence to help you make investment decisions?

Two SDSU researchers believe it could be a valuable tool.

Engineering and Computer Science assistant professor Dr. Kaiqun Fu(KIE-qwon FOO) says the model predicts price ranges, not specific stock prices.

But, the project could help investors make sound decisions.

Engineering and Computer Science assistant professor Dr. Kaiqun Fu and research
assistant Yangxiao Bai(YANG-zhow BYE) are using artificial intelligence to anticipate stock price movement and
market volatility trends.

They’re quick to point out that the model predicts price ranges, no specific stock prices.
