The fun keeps coming to Storybook Land as a new locomotive ride was recently installed at the park this week.
Aberdeen Parks & Rec Director Mark Hoven explains the process in getting the new amusement ride to Storybook Land.
Hoven describes the fundraising efforts it takes to acquire new amusement rides, like Bob’s Barnyard last year, and now the new train this year.
Hoven mentions other future additions to the park for this year and beyond.
Hoven says the park and its staff will be ready for opening day at 10:00 am next Friday, May 23rd.
