The opener was a classic pitchers’ duel, with each team managing just one hit, as the Wolves capitalized on Wildcat miscues to secure the win. In game two, Wayne State mounted a late rally to tie the game, then took control in extras, taking advantage of seven errors by NSU. Across both contests, Northern State totaled six runs on ten hits while committing seven errors.
