The memorial service for Todd L. Yerdon, 69, of Aberdeen, SD, will be 2:00pm, Saturday, April 19, 2025 at Spitzer-Miller Funeral Home. Burial at Sunset Memorial Gardens. Todd died Monday, March 31, 2025, at Aberdeen Health and Rehab in Aberdeen.
Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
Todd L. Yerdon was born November 15, 1955, to R.L. ‘Bus’ & Norma (Locke) Yerdon in Faulkton, SD. This is where he was raised and attended school, graduating with the class of 1974. He married Sheri Schaap and they had one son, Ryan. He later married Julie Jordan and they had one daughter, Jacqueline.
Todd was well liked and had a teasing sense of humor. He enjoyed the Minnesota Twins and Vikings, and the Iowa Hawkeyes.
Grateful for having shared Todd’s life are Jacqueline (Josh) Daily, Sheri Stevens, Ryan (Lisa) Schaap, grandchildren: Noah Daily, Cayson and Atley Schaap; brothers: Tim (Diane) Yerdon, Tom Yerdon, and Terry (Julie) Yerdon, five cousins, four nephews, and two nieces.
Preceding Todd in death are his parents, Royce ‘Bus’ & Norma Yerdon; infant brothers: Gregory Yerdon and Steven Yerdon.
