ABERDEEN, S.D.(HubCityRadio)- At Tuesday’s Brown County Commission meeting, the commissioners address vacating the Ole Crow Addition platted by Stacy Gossman.
Brown County Commissioner Duane Sutton explains what the commission was going to do.
Concern was raised about easements for that plat. Brown County Planning & Zoning Commissioner Scott Bader try to clarify the topic.
Gossman also had issues with how the city of Aberdeen handled his plat. Aberdeen City Manager Robin Bobzien:
Bobzien discuss what the city has done to that road on the property and suggested what the county could do.

Commissioner Mike Wiese made a motion to deny vacating the plat and explains why.
The Brown County Commission approved the motion to not vacate the plat on a 4-1 vote. Only Commissioner Mike Gage voted against the motion to not vacate the plat.
