ABERDEEN, S.D.(HubCityRadio)- On Monday night, the Aberdeen City Council address four ordinances addressing the sewer plant & for a new water tower on the east end of town.

The Aberdeen City Council approved all four ordinances on unanimous 9-0 votes on the first reading. The second reading of them is scheduled for Monday, October 21st.
