Despite weekend snowstorms and blizzards, limited Snow pack will ease Spring flooding concerns according to National Weather Service Warning Coordination Meteorologist, Kelly Serr.
While things have been fairly dry, it doesn’t mean there isn’t necessarily reason for caution. Serr told us about some of the many factors they consider when trying to get a read on upcoming conditions.
