Aberdeen City Council deal with ordinance dealing with remount of ambulance

ABERDEEN, S.D.(HubCityRadio)- The Aberdeen City addressed the first ordinance on remount for an ambulance that was involved in the accident near Groton on February 18th, the day the blizzard hit the region.

Aberdeen Fire Chief Joel Weig talks about how many ambulances are needed for emergency services.

Weig told the council about the bids that came in for the remount of the fifth ambulance needed in Aberdeen.

The city council approved the first reading.  Second reading of the ordinance is scheduled for Monday, March 23rd.
