PIERRE, S.D.(HubCityRadio)- On Thursday, the final day of the legislative session, District 3 Representative Brandei Schaefbauer announced on the floor of the South Dakota House that she will not seek re-election.
Schaefbauer thanks those who guided and supported her over the last four years.
Schaefbauer’s final message to her fellow legislators is to remember they serve the citizens and not their own interest.
Candidates confirmed for the District 3 House seat include Incumbent Representative Al Novstrup & challengers Spencer Sommers and Tim Hanigan.
