State officials address the 200th SD Law Enforcement Graduation Class

Officials gathered to attend and address the graduation of the 200th class of Law Enforcement. Governor Rhoden, Senators Thune and Rounds, Representative Johnson and Attorney General Marty Jackley all spoke to the class and showed their appreciation. Rhoden said there are many things that make South Dakota great and the honor of the people behind the Badges are a big part of it..

Senator Thune echoed his pride and pointed out that these are all of our communities, from Tribal Police to City and State they represent us as a community.

Thune also conveyed his thanks to the spouses and families of the officers. Among the 39 Graduates, were recruits John Anderson- Brown County Sheriff’s Department and Justin McDaniel of the Spink County Sheriff’s Office.
