PIERRE, S.D.(HubCityRadio)- The South Dakota Senate on Friday debated SB110. The bill regulate how broadband internet access service providers use customer data.
Prime sponsor of the bill is Senator Michael Rohl of Aberdeen.

Senator Jack Kolbeck placed an amendment looking to eliminate Section 12 of the bill.
The amendment passed on a 20-14 vote.
Senator Rohl emphasize the importance of this bill.
The Senate passed the bill on a 28-6 vote. The bill now moves on to the South Dakota House.
