ABERDEEN, S.D.(HubCityRadio)- Brown County Highway Superintendent Dirk Rogers for the second straight week provided an update on what’s happening on the roads.
Prior to his update, the commission heard bids for an upcoming Hot In-Place Recycling Project from Michael Gutenkauf with IMEG.
The engineer’s estimate was just over 1.1 million dollars. Rogers suggested going with the lower bid Dustrol, Inc.
Rogers discussed load limits and feel that it can hold off for at one more week.
Rogers elected to hold off on load limits for now because of the pending weather forecast.
Rogers also update on what else is happening.
Rogers plans to meet with the commission next Tuesday to once again address load limits.
