ABERDEEN, S.D.(HubCityRadio)- On Tuesday, the Aberdeen City Council heard ordinances addressing sewer system improvement and increased rates to cover for that.
Aberdeen Finance Director Jordan McQuillen:
McQuillen talks about the $16 rate increase to cover the loan.
McQuillen talks about how long the surcharges will be for the length of the loan.
The Aberdeen City Council approved first readings of both ordinances. Second reading is scheduled for Monday.
