Aberdeen Central will host the State E Sports Tournament this weekend and popularity continues to grow among students all across the Country, with South Dakota being no exception. Coach Aaron Galeana (Gall-y-onya) gives us an overview of the event, it’s growth and benefits like social connections, school spirit and a sense of teamwork and camaraderie.
With the new nature of E Sports events, there will be growing pains, and one of them is trying to keep younger students engaged and make no mistake, Colleges and Universities are growing into E Sports too.
