PIERRE, S.D.(HubCityRadio)- The House Taxation Committee heard testimony on HB1172. The bill terminate certain school district excess tax levies.

Representative Novstrup rebutted by going over the figures over the last 20 years.
The committee voted 8-3 to defer the bill to the 41st day.
