PIERRE, S.D.(HubCityRadio)- Senator Mike Rounds provided an update on what’s happening in Washington.
The U.S. Senate has passed a series of appropriation bills earlier this month. Senator Rounds, who is on the Appropriation Committee talks about the 20.3 million dollars for the WINS project that a part of this package.
Rounds talks about his support for the SAVE Act which looks to impact future federal elections.
A number of Republican bloggers and even some Senator are calling to eliminate the filibuster to accomplish this. Senator Rounds express his view on the filibuster.
On Thursday, Senator Rounds officially announced he will seek a third term in the U.S. Senate.
