ABERDEEN, S.D.(HubCityRadio)- Coming up on Monday at 12pm, landowners are going to be doing a rally at the Capitol Rotunda in Pierre.
District 23 Senator Mark Lapka(Lap-Key) is among those scheduled to speak at the rally. He’s looking to introduce legislation to further tighten property rights at the rally.
Last year Lapka co-sponsored a bill along with Representative Karla Lems(HB1052) to ban eminent domain for the CO2 pipeline that was passed and signed by Governor Rhoden. He talked feedback they received from that from elsewhere in the country.
Among those scheduled to speak are Charles & Heather Maude. Senator Lapka remind the public who they are.
Lapka invite everyone to attempt to attend this rally on Monday.
Also scheduled to speak include podcaster Amanda Radke, South Dakota Attorney General Marty Jackley, Representatives Liz May & Karla Lems, and landowner Jared Bossly.
