ABERDEEN, S.D.(HubCityRadio)- On Monday night, the Aberdeen City Council heard a resolution addressing a loan to finish the improvements to the wastewater treatment facility.
Grant Specialist for NECOG(Northeast Council of Governments), LesleAnn Palmer talks about the terms of the loan.
Councilman Rich Ward asked Palmer that this loan is strictly for the wastewater facility only.
The Aberdeen City Council unanimously approved the resolution. The council also approved second readings on ordinances dealing with supplementing the 2025 budgets for unanticipated expenses and for various Parks, Recreation, and Forestry Department activities.
