PIERRE, S.D.(KCCR)- Between Christmas and New Years and well any time of year a South Dakota specialty for grazing is Tiger Meat. The spiced raw beef spread has been endorsed by the crew of the U-S-S Pierre.
Tiger Meat is a Midwestern specialty, but South Dakota Senator Mike Rounds says it may have made some inroads in the Nation’s Capitol.
Rounds says the name can through his colleague off…until they try it.
Rounds’ staff is fair fond as well; maybe too fond.
Tiger Meat can be found at many butcher shops and meat counters at grocery stores across the state.
