ABERDEEN, S.D.(HubCityRadio)- The Big Idea competition is scheduled for Wednesday, December 10th at Northern State University.
In 2025, 325 applications were received from 66 schools in 18 states. BIG Idea will host two final competitions, a virtual event for the out-of-state finalists on December 9th and this in-person event for the South Dakota students. At the final competition on December 10th, the top eight in-state finalists will compete and participate in various activities. Nearly $55,000 in cash and scholarships will be awarded to each group.
The itinerary for Wednesday is the following:
Luncheon: 12:00 – 1:00 (RSVP requested)
Welcome: 1:00 – 1:15 pm
Finalists’ Elevator Pitches: 1:15 – 1:45 pm
Young Business Owner Panel: 1:45 – 2:30 pm
