Olympics athletes Chris Nilsen and DeAnna Price spoke to students both on the high school and college levels emphasizing how they apply beef to their programs.
Nilsen, a two-time Olympian in the pole vault talks about how he implemented beef into his program.
Nilsen discuss how many calories per day he consumes.
Price is a three-time Olympian in the Hammer throw talks about how she was introduced to the program.
Price took a closer look at how beef could impact her career in athletics.
Price suffered a severe ankle injury a few year back and talked about how consuming beef helped her heal quicker than doctors had anticipated.
They spoke to students at Northwestern High School in Mellette on Thursday. On Friday, spoke to students at Ipswich, Leola, and college students at Northern State University.
As professional athletes, they trained in a normal year around 340 out of a possible 365 days in a year.
