PIERRE, S.D.(KWAT)- The weather took a sharp turn toward winter this week, with the northeast corner of South Dakota getting several inches of snow and a lot of wind.
Now, State Climatologist Laura Edwards says we’ll get cold.
And more snow is expected over the Thanksgiving weekend.
The heaviest snow from Tuesday’s storm system was along the North Dakota-South Dakota line, where 7 to 8 inches fell. Aberdeen received 5.2 inches at the airport.
