ABERDEEN, S.D.(HubCityRadio)- Brown County Emergency Manager Scott Meints informed the commission on Tuesday that he’s now being offered the same position to help out those in McPherson County.
Meints was asked by Commissioner Duane Sutton if it’s a responsibility that he can handle in addition to Brown County.
Meints was asked if other counties in South Dakota are consolidated this way. Meints stated some examples.
Commissioner Sutton felt that this is something to look into further.
The rest of the commission felt the same way.
