ABERDEEN, S.D.(HubCityRadio)- Brown County Commission held their weekly meeting on Tuesday.
Brown County Fair Manager Rachel Kippley announced their decision on who the contractor for the Rodeo for the next three years.
Brown County Commission approved the request. Dakota Rodeo is based out of Oklahoma.
The commission addressed a request for a petition to create Richmond Lane and Drive Road District.
Director of Equalization Gene Loeschke was supportive of it but noted a proposal to abolish property taxes.
Loeschke discuss if the proposal passes, it would make it more difficult to do this going before.
The County Commission approved the request. The election is planned for Tuesday, December 2nd.
