WATERTOWN, S.D. (KWAT)–A Watertown woman charged with more than seventy child porn counts was in court Wednesday for a change of plea hearing.
Gracie Stanton agreed to plead guilty to 16 total counts as part of a plea deal with prosecutors.
Stanton pled guilty to one count of Distribution of Child Pornography, five counts of Solicitation of the Distributing of Child Pornography, and ten counts of Possession of Child Pornography.
The investigation began following a cyber tip received by the South Dakota Division of Criminal Investigation.
Judge Dawn Elshere scheduled sentencing for October 22nd.
