The Drug Enforcement Administration says enough deadly doses of fentanyl were taken off the streets in South Dakota in the first seven months of this year to claim the lives of the population of Rapid City.
Emily Murray, the DEA’s public information officer in Omaha, says experimentation can be deadly.
