ABERDEEN, S.D.(HubCityRadio)- During the open forum at Tuesday’s Brown County Commission, landowner Tom Leonhardt expressed concerns about culverts put in place near Mansfield.
Commission Duane Sutton talks about bringing this up with Brown County Highway Superintendent Dirk Rogers. Leonhardt did that.
Rogers responded to the claims made by Leonhardt.
Rogers told Leonhardt that Brown County is done funding for the culverts in that region.
Leonhardt was understanding of the decision made by the Commission.
