ABERDEEN, SD (HubCityRadio.com) – Although we’re still months away from tip-off, the Northern State University Men’s basketball team is expanding, as new head coach Matt Wilber has been adding to the roster.
According to the NSU men’s basketball X account, seven different players have put pen to paper and they’ll be wearing maroon and gold come late fall.
Those players include:
Lane Tietz, a guard from Groton Area HS & transfer from Dakota State University
Brendan Phillips, a forward from Aberdeen Central HS.
Nelson Reynolds, a guard from Peoria, IL & transfer from Southeastern University.
Ben Bowen, a guard from Highlands Ranch, CO & transfer from the University of Denver.
Josh Book, a guard from Christchurch, New Zealand & transfer from Missouri Western State.
Ty Rogers, a forward from Aurora, IL & transfer from the University of Mary.
Simon Akena, a guard from Stockholm, Sweden & transfer from Westminster University.
