Toby Doeden officially launches his campaign for Governor

ABERDEEN, S.D.(HubCityRadio)- On Wednesday night at Wylie Park in Aberdeen, Aberdeen businessman Toby Doeden officially declared his candidacy for Governor of the state of South Dakota.

Prior to his speech, other spoke on his behalf.  Aberdeen Mayor Travis Schaunaman inform the public that if elected Doeden would be the first Aberdeen resident to become Governor of the state.

District 1 Representative Logan Manhart talks about his support of Doeden.

Minnehaha County Commissioner Cole Heisey discuss his political action committee and the impact it had on the state.

District 34 Senator Taffy Howard introduced Doeden.  She talked about changes needed in Pierre.

Doeden after announcing he’s running for Governor, addressed several topics. First he’s talked about how difficult the campaign was going to be.

Doeden discuss why career politicians didn’t want him to run.

Doeden addressed how he would work on property taxes in the state.

Doeden discuss the South Dakota version of DOGE.

Doeden talks about how he would address the issue of abortion in the state.

Doeden express one of his priorities is to provide care for women and children in the state.

Doeden also address what’s best for education in the state should be decided by the parents of the children.

Doeden after the speech spoke to the media and talked about a tax rate he would like to address.

Doeden talks about launching a four month campaign all across the state.
