PIERRE, S.D.(KCCR)- Triple A South Dakota is expecting a lot of travel on highways this Memorial Day weekend. Spokesman Shawn Steward says more South Dakotans will be leaving home for the holiday than last year.
Steward says most of those traveling will be by road, not sky or rail.
Gas prices should make it easier on all those heading for the highway.
Steward says make sure your vehicle is in good condition for taking a long road trip. Last Memorial Day weekend Triple A responded to 333 calls for roadside service.
