Watertown Municipal Utilities see increase in budget bill

WATERTOWN, S.D.(KXLG)- Watertown Municipal Utilities has reported an increase in the average budget bill for its customers.

During Monday’s board meeting, Director of Administration Adam Karst disclosed that the average budget bill customers are seeing an increase.

Which is approximately $28 higher than last year’s average.

Watertown Municipal Utilities sends out budget bill letters in April. The budget billing season runs from May 1st to April 30th annually. Approximately 2,000 budget bill letters were sent out this year.
