ABERDEEN, S.D.(HubCityRadio)- Parts of 135th Street and South Dakota Street/388th Avenue were closed Wednesday afternoon due to a grass fire. The grass fire was reported around 2:30 p.m. at the Aberdeen Police Department gun range. The fire started accidentally during grounds maintenance. the fire spread quickly due to windy conditions and dry foliage.
Aberdeen Fire Rescue, Aberdeen Rural Fire Department, and Warner Fire Department responded to the fire.
