House State Affairs Committee approve HB1052

PIERRE, S.D.(HubCityRadio)- On Friday morning, The House State Affairs Committee moved forward HB1052.

That bill would prohibit the exercise of eminent domain for a pipeline that carries carbon oxide.

The vote was on a 10-3 vote.  Among the area legislators, Representatives Spencer Gosch & Brandei Schaefbauer both voted in favor of the bill.  The bill now moves on to the South Dakota House.
