Spink County landowner Ed Fischbach discuss a goal for the legislature this year.
Fischbach discuss victories from the 2024 year.
Fischbach hopes the voters in November elections sent a message to the legislators.
Brown County Commissioner Drew Dennert acknowledge what voters have done to help the county.
Dennert has a message for other counties dealing with eminent domain.
The new Speaker of the House Jon Hansen has plans to address these issues over the next two years.
Representative Karla Lems of Canton announced plans to introduce legislation to address eminent domain for the CO2 pipeline.
Senator Mark Lapka will co-sponsor the bill on the Senate side.
Lapka believe the bill will provide the freedom needed for the landowners.
Around 200 people attended the rally held Monday at the Capitol Rotunda.
