WATERTOWN, S.D.(KWAT)–Watertown fire rescue was called out Thursday night to a garage fire.
The fire was in a detached garage at 5628 4th Avenue Southwest.
The garage was fully engulfed when the first fire trucks got there.
There were no fire hydrants in that area, so water had to be shuttled in by truck from a hydrant at 4th Avenue and South Lake Drive.
Fire crews were on the scene for three-and-a-half hours.
All of the contents in the garage, including a vehicle, were lost.
The cause is under investigation.
