SIOUX FALLS, S.D.(KELO)- It’s the 14th homicide of the year in Sioux Falls.
That’s a record high for the city.
Investigation Commander Capitan Mike Colwill says it started in a parking lot on South Duluth Avenue early Saturday morning.
25-year old Adan Ray quickbear was identified as the victim.
No arrests have been made yet, but unlike other cases this year, Investigation Commander Captain Mike Colwill expects charges to be filed fairly quickly in this one.

Captail Colwill says there were witnesses.
