ABERDEEN, S.D.(HubCityRadio)- State Senator Al Novstrup(R) is looking to return back to the South Dakota House representing District 3 which is most of the city of Aberdeen.
Novstrup has been in the legislature now for the last 22 years.
Novstrup discuss priorities for Aberdeen beginning with the importance of Web Water for the city.
There are seven ballot measures on the ballot in November. Novstrup commented how those measures may dictate how he will legislate if elected.
Novstrup addressed Amendment F that deals with a potential work force requirement for Medicaid.
Novstrup also discuss his opposition to Amendment G which is the abortion amendment.
Novstrup also talks about how IM28(Repeal of Consumption Tax) could impact the sunset clause in place for now on the State Sales Tax.
