Summit Carbon Solution’s statement after Referred Law 21 placed on November’s ballot

IOWA(HubCityRadio)- Earlier on Wednesday, the South Dakota Secretary of State’s Office verified signatures for Referred Law 21 which allows voters to decided on SB201.

Spokesperson for Summit Carbon Solutions, Sabrina Zenor released the following statement:

“We are committed to working with landowners to have a successful pipeline route in South Dakota, and will file that application with the South Dakota Public Utilities Commission soon.  The Landowner Bill of Rights is pro farmer, pro ethanol, and pro business.  It protects landowners and provides property tax relief.”
