PIERRE, S.D.(DRGNews)- A Sixth Circuit Court Judge in Pierre has approved the hiring of an investigator from Rapid City to aid in the investigation of a 21 year old man charged with sexual contact with a child under 16.
Court documents say the incident involving Kryschen Xavier Roubideaux (roo-ba-do) happened on or about December 30, 2022. He was indicted by a Hughes County grand jury in August of last year.
The charge is a Class 3 felony punishable by up to 15 years in the state penitentiary, a $30,000 fine or both. His next hearing is scheduled for Aug. 13, 2024, at 10:30am.
